Technical Sales Team Manager

At Scitex, we’re excited to be partnering with a valued client, to secure an outstanding Technical Sales Team Manager. This role is designed for an engineering-minded leader who thrives on guiding people, driving performance, and delivering customer success through technical sales solutions.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a national team of Sales Engineers across multiple regions
• Drive sales strategies that align with Motion’s growth objectives
• Support your team in delivering strong technical solutions across conveyors, power conversion, valves and related systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to support customer needs and business growth
• Ensure high-quality customer engagement and ongoing retention through effective planning and CRM use

What we’re looking for

• Engineering-based sales or technical solutions experience
• Proven team leadership, mentoring, and coaching background
• Strong knowledge of conveyors, power conversion, valves, or related technical areas is a bonus
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and strategic thinking skills
