Join a leading pharmaceutical company known for its groundbreaking work in drug delivery systems. As a Senior R&D Engineer (Mechanical), you will play a critical role in transforming lab-scale innovations into production-ready solutions. You will report to the Chief Scientific Officer and work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless transition from concept to manufacture.

Duties

  • Create innovative electro-mechanical systems using CAD for new drug delivery products.
  • Build and evaluate prototypes through techniques such as additive manufacturing and injection molding.
  • Assist in developing scalable, cost-effective manufacturing processes.
  • Facilitate the transfer of technology from R&D to manufacturing and quality control.
  • Conduct process validation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Skills and Experience

  • Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) and mechanical assembly design.
  • Strong ability to conduct measurements, experimental study design, and root cause analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting and presentations.
  • Experience in multi-disciplinary medical product development projects and understanding of regulatory standards.
