Senior NPD Product Development Technologist

We’re seeking an experienced product developer with a strong foundation in nutraceuticals and solid dose formulation. The ideal person will bring expertise across a range of delivery formats (tablets, capsules, powders, gummies) and thrive in environments where innovation meets practical execution. Not only will you contribute to the hands-on formulation and production trials of new products, but you’ll also collaborate widely across regulatory, marketing, production and procurement to bring ideas to life.

Key experience and attributes include:

• 7+ years’ experience in nutraceutical, dietary supplement or pharmaceutical product development
• Proven track record formulating solid dosage forms (e.g., tablets, powders, capsules, gummies)
• Strong technical and regulatory understanding across global markets
• Experience in scale-up and production trials with practical knowledge of manufacturing environments
• A natural collaborator who communicates effectively across teams and functions
• Passion for product innovation, quality and continuous improvement
