Be the face of our brand in NSW! Grow existing accounts, hunt for new business, and deliver exceptional customer service.

We seek a dynamic, engaging Sales Representative with technical expertise and the ability to communicate with a diverse mix of contractors and clients.  We seek someone who ideally has experience selling into these sectors or technical experience and is motivated to develop their career to the next level. Reporting to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets & grow market share.
  • Build strong customer relationships.
  • Conduct market research & competitor analysis.
  • Deliver product presentations & demos.
  • Provide technical support & problem-solve.
  • Maintain accurate sales & customer data.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven sales experience in coatings or related industries.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to effectively manage your territory.
  • A hunter’s mentality, with a focus on prospecting for new leads and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent time management & organizational skills.
  • Technical aptitude & product knowledge.
  • Highly motivated to develop new relationships and maintain existing relationships.
