We are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to ensure compliance across a diverse product portfolio, including dietary supplements, sports supplements, medical devices, food, personal care, and health products. You will work closely with internal teams and regulatory authorities to maintain compliance with EPA, FSANZ, MPI, and Medsafe standards. Reporting to the Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will play a key role in product approvals, regulatory reporting, and compliance management.

In this role you will have support from Australia and an opportunity to learn and grown into new markets. You will need a good foundation of regulatory knowledge in one or more areas to hit the ground running. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with EPA, FSANZ, MPI, and Medsafe regulations.
  • Oversee product approvals, labeling, and import/export compliance.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and provide guidance on compliance adjustments.
  • Support investigations and corrective actions for compliance-related issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports to relevant authorities.

About You: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional with:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Environmental Science, Food Science, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably in dietary supplements 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
