About the Role:

We are seeking a Production Operator to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Mangere. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a physical, process-driven environment and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting raw materials from suppliers (a valid driver’s license is required)
  • Processing raw materials using washing equipment, balances, pumps, and handling chemicals
  • Lifting and moving heavy bags of raw materials (e.g., salt) and operating a forklift to transport pallets and drums
  • Conducting paperwork and quality checks – strong attention to detail is essential
  • Performing basic computer tasks related to tracking and processing

About You:

  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual lifting
  • A valid driver’s license (essential)
  • Forklift experience (preferred, but training can be provided)
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow processes and documentation
  • Comfortable working with chemicals and raw materials
