This is a fantastic opportunity for a chemical engineer with leadership experience or capability to make a real impact on operational excellence, safety, and team development within a complex manufacturing environment.

What you will do

• Lead the site’s laboratory and process team to achieve operational excellence
• Drive process improvement, CI projects, and troubleshoot plant performance
• Provide technical chemical engineering expertise to support operations
• Champion safety, environmental, and quality standards across the site

What we are looking for

• Chemical/Process Engineering degree with solid industrial experience
• Proven project management and CI expertise, with a strong technical toolkit
• Strong leadership ability – either proven people leadership or the potential to grow into it
• Confident communicator able to influence across levels and teams
