Process Manager

At Scitex, we’re partnering with a leading Christchurch manufacturer to secure a talented Process Manager to join their Operations team. This is a pivotal role where you’ll combine your technical expertise in chemical engineering with leadership and project management skills to drive operational excellence.

What you will do:

• Lead a small lab and process team, fostering a high-performance culture
• Drive process improvements to boost efficiency, reduce costs and enhance quality
• Provide diagnostic, technical and chemical engineering support across operations
• Manage and deliver projects that support continuous improvement and innovation

What we are looking for:

• Degree-qualified chemical/process engineer with industry experience
• Strong project management and continuous improvement track record
• Confident communicator with leadership potential or proven leadership experience
• Ability to hold your own in technical discussions and influence across teams
