Are you looking to be part of a dynamic team in the confectionery industry? Our renowned client, a leading food production facility with over 30 production lines based in Ingleburn, NSW, is seeking talented Maintenance Fitters with a background in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. The following shifts are available: 
  • Day Shift Fitter (Mon-Fri – 6.00am to 4.00pm)
  • Afternoon Shift Fitter (Mon-Fri – 2.00pm to 12.00am)
  • Night Shift Fitter (Mon-Fri – 10.00pm to 8.00am)
  • Weekend Night Shift Fitter (Fri-Sun – 6.00pm to 6.00am)

About the Roles:
We are looking for experienced Fitters to ensure the smooth operation of our client’s production facility. As part of their team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing their equipment and systems, contributing to the success of their delicious products.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair and maintain machinery and equipment.
  • Demonstrate required sense of urgency when attending production breakdowns.
  • Perform tasks in required timeframe. 
  • Complies with Safety legislation, site policies & standards and LOTO procedures.
  • Use correct manual handling techniques.
  • Complete other basic reports as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Trade Certificates – Engine Reconditioning/ Fitter & Turner/ Machinist and/or other related industry qualification.
  • Experience in a FMCG manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work either day, afternoon, night shifts or weekend night shifts.
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
