HR Generalist

Our client is a dynamic manufacturing organisation, with a strong focus on nutraceutical and nutritional products. They are in a very strong position to take advantage of various booming export markets.
On their behalf, Scitex is currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist to work with their corporate team.
In this new non-traditional role reporting to the Director, you have the opportunity to build from the ground up all processes.
This a unique hands-on role for someone with the right attitude and experiences, wanting exposure to creating a new department within an evolving company. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and develop all HR Policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with corporate/legal departments.
  • Review / Audit existing roles.
  • Support business strategy, empower management, and enhance workplace experience.
  • Drive cultural transformation, and partner with the Director on HR needs.

What you need to bring: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in manufacturing, food and beverage, or related industries.
  • Some exposure to Legal and Accounting operations is an advantage.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Proficiency in speaking Mandarin, plus a strong understanding of Asian and Australasian cultural nuances is preferred.
