Training will be provided, making this a fantastic opportunity to grow and learn in a dynamic, compliance-based environment.

About the Role
Reporting to the Technical Manager and working closely with an experienced technician, you’ll play a key role in supporting the calibration and maintenance of over 1,000 pieces of equipment and utilities, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn to administer, improve and support the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to help reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
  • Assist with calibration and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, ensuring it meets schedules, standards, and procedures.
  • Work with suppliers and contractors for calibration, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Develop skills in maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
  • Support the manufacturing team by minimizing downtime during equipment maintenance and breakdowns.
  • Help implement new equipment and processes in the manufacturing environment.
  • Contribute to process improvements and corrective actions related to equipment.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years calibration/GMP experience or a background as a lab technician is ideal – training will be provided.
  • A keen eye for detail and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience working with a CMMS system is very helpful.
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
