Business Development Manager

As the Business Development Manager at this innovative nutraceutical ingredient company, you will take charge of driving local and global sales while providing technical leadership. 

You will join a company renowned for its innovation and commitment to quality in the biochemistry sector. You will play a pivotal role in achieving sales growth targets. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to exceed customer expectations and drive market expansion.

Duties:

• Drive local and global sales growth.
• Manage customer relations and global distribution network.
• Keep customers informed about new developments and products.
• Handle sales leads and technical queries promptly.
• Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners.
• Attend trade shows and gather market intelligence.

Skills and Experience:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Tertiary qualification, preferably in Biochemistry.
• Knowledge of the local or global nutraceutical market.
• International sales or business development experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel as required.
